Can a man really be allergic to condoms?

A new guy in my life says that he has an allergic reaction when he uses condoms. He was it s almost like a rash and that it s a contact allergy. He says he s tried all types and it still happens. Says it s a chemical used in the production of all condoms. Is this something that can really happen? And if so, what can he use?

The key is he said all types. That definitely means he’s making it up. There are people who are allergic to latex but there are condoms made from other materials easily available. No one is allergic to all of the types and that makes his initial claim not believable.

No glove, no love. Make stuff up, take a walk.

He is not being truthful. Latex is an allergen bu some condoms are made of a different rubber or plastic. If that fails there is always natural lambs that are made of the intestinal skin of lambs and has no plastic in it. He just wants his shower without the raincoat.

People (both male and female) can be allergic to latex and/or the lubricant found in condoms. It’s not at all that rare. You’ll have to pay a bit more, but non latex condoms are available.

Yes, in some cases condom can cause allergic reaction. This is due to chemical use in condom.Try some lubricant free condom. If it doesn’t work still , then consult with a registered medical practitioner or consider different way of contraception.
