sex releases endorphines which is our body’s natural pain reliever. I can’t promise you you will be cramp free for long but it can help. The trick is to have an orgasm. Otherwise it’s useless.

If you are uncomfortable about it, ib prophen and tylenol. with the normal heating pad. There are some yoga positions you can try or grab a remote (or tips of fingers) place under belly button. Press in and up. Instant relief.

If you have an orgasm, it releases a natural “pain killer” the body produces – endorphins.

However, it’s likely that because of the state you are in, you wouldn’t enjoy sex or be in the mood to actually have an orgasm. The act of sex itself will most likely not help (and probably won’t hurt) but it’s an individual thing. Your body is different from anyone elses.

So if you’re looking to naturally get rid of pain by endorphins, look up other ways to release them.

Your boyfriend sounds like a horndog, but if you want to have an orgasm there are other ways.

My bf tries this trick on me and one night I was desperate to feel better and went through with it. No it doesn’t make it feel better in fact I felt the pain was worst after for a little while. I guess it may work for some but it didn’t for me. Try some Motrin, hot bath, laying down and relaxing. My periods have me in bed for a week so I can understand the cramps as my thighs, back and stomach will all hurt and nothing really works for me. I just have to try and relax and stay calm and take lots of baths. It effects me so much that even going for a walk or any physical activity makes it heavier and I just feel completely exhausted the entire time.

Either oral or hand stimulation to orgasm. Penetration can sometimes exacerbate cramps. But sex releases endorphines which is our body’s natural pain reliever. I can’t promise you you will be cramp free for long but it can help. The trick is to have an orgasm. Otherwise it’s useless.
