Lingering Hand Numbness?

On my right hand, I have numbness. The phalange of the thumb, the entire index and second fingers, and the medial side of the third finger are numb, as well as the mounts on the palm at the base of the fingers. I think the mounts seem a bit puffy. There is no pain, no temperature difference, and dexterity is only very slightly affected. What could be causing this? It has been this way for three hours; I woke up with it.

i had this 2, except mine was just on the tips of my fingers. It only went away after about 2 annoying weeks. I think it was just stress related or maybe a pinched nerve somewhere. If it bothers u, just go c a doctor. im sure he will say the same thing tho. Btw, its got nothing 2 do with your heart.(just incase sum ppl try 2 scare u) I did research, if it was ur heart u would’ve had sharp pains in ur upper back and arms 1st.

This problem certainly has its links with nervous system and the regular blood circulations. I am sure the following Acupressure exercise will help:
At the back of your palm, you can find three channels(space between extended finger bones).
Place your four fingers on one of the three channels, at the back of palm with thumb on the centre of palm, and exert Give 40 intermittent pulsating pressures.
Repeat this exercise 3-4 times a day.
You will experience relief within a week.
Besides you must consult your Doctor for his opinion and medicines.
